Bibi Rani Nangia

FOUNDER & COO

A livewire with the energy to charge every thought to action Bibirani has been an incubator and drive behind the very successful Les Elfes India Operation for the last 25 years. A brand herself in the young adult foundational experiential learning space pan India.Sales,Marketing & Operations are key strengths.
Passionate about social causes if not changing the foundational experiences for young adults from progressive schools in India she can be found working with NGOs;s in the urban slums of Delhi impacting lives there. Currently Director Operations Les Elfes India. Here she was instrumental in turning this startup from a client strength of 7 students to over 500 and making Les Elfes India a much-respected name in the field of beyond academics experiential learning space.
Chief Mentor-Learning By Local- A Non Profit with the aim to educate and empower today’s youth by helping to develop personal and professional skills.
Mentor Manzil is always exploring how to expand the way we approach education and fulfil the needs of our dynamic youth.

Roopa Patel

FOUNDER & CHIEF EVANGALIST

A dreamer of a cogenerated society, Roopa has been the driving force between many social impacts & youth-oriented programs. She heads the Les Elfes Gujrat Chapter and is the Chairperson Emiratis of LEI Roopa has lead a very successful tenure for the Ahmedabad FICC FLO chapter.
Her tenures include the Gujarat Nature Conservation Society (GNCS) board of trustees from 2014- 2022. FICCI FLO Chairperson Ahmedabad 2016-17. FICCI FLO National Governing Body member from 2015 till date Member of SCWEC India National Committee from 2019 till date Member of India. Isreal Women’s Business Forum from 2019 till date. Creative Dignity Movement from 2020 till date.Member of Woman’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) -Textiles committee 2021 till date. Member of ASSOCHAM Gujarat Council Woman’s Empowerment Committee 2020 to date. If not evangelising social causes, Roopa loves travelling or indulging in her grandchildren

Malini Joshi

FOUNDER & CHIEF FOR TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT & DIGITAL STRATEGY

A self-described technology enthusiast, she moved from hiring for software product companies to managing LEI’s social media marketing (SMM) at a time when it was just getting started in India.
Malini started her stint in the recruitment industry in the FMCG & Hospitality Space .
After discovering her primary area of interest in the employment of software professionals, partnered with leading software product companies like SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, helping them to create and fill senior management positions for technical & support operations.Has been in charge of LEI’s digital strategy for more than ten years, during which time she has seen the SMM sector in India develop. She is passionate about the welfare of stray animals in the area and is a keen researcher of new technology and still trying her luck on the golf course.

Geetika Kapoor

FOUNDER & FOUNTAINHEAD

From a development and learning background Geetika is also a certified life coach. Having spent some initial years in the corporate space in training and organisation transformations she has made a mark in the Social Impact space with stellar work.
She has over 10 years of experience in the Non Profit sector. Currently leading the Non-Profit & Mentoring Vertical at ReachONE.
She was a Founder Director at Udaan, a learning organisation that provides classes for young children and youth coming from low-income backgrounds.
Director at Manzil, a renowned non-profit youth lead learning centre that provides resources and support to students to empower them and see the world in new ways a passionate reader when not worried about the social impact can be found browsing bookshops with her two lovely daughters.
