Students from grade 6 to grade 12 can participate in these programs
You will need to spare a minimum of 30 hours over a period of 2-3 months to complete one program.
It is highly discouraged to change any program until otherwise agreed by your mentor.
Every volunteer has a mentor allotted who will guide throughout the program. There will be an orientation for every program in which lesson planning with the volunteer will be done. The mentor will be present at times during the sessions to assist.
After you sign up you will be allotted a mentor who will be your guide through the duration of the program. The mentor will match your interests with the programs and beneficiaries available and allot you a suitable program.
The duration of each program is 30 sessions which can be completed over a period of 3 months. Each session has a maximum duration of 60 mins of zoom call time. 5 sessions of these are for planning with the mentor and 25 sessions are directly with the beneficiary.
This program will be conducted via a zoom call for which a link will be sent to you and the beneficiary. Sms reminders will be sent prior to each session.
Coordinating with the beneficiary is the role of the Mentor and NGO coordinator.
We advice patience always as all our mentors are experienced people in the social impact space.In the event of extreme disconnect with the mentor you can reach out to us and we will help out.
In the initial stages the mentor will help you log in and coordinate the same with the beneficiary.
Yes. That’s what makes our program unique as this is a online program you can volunteer from anywhere. But we do advice you conduct it responsibly with a suitable background and attire.
We strictly advice against sharing of personal details. All interaction should be during the zoom session only.
ReachONE is only responsible in collaborating you with the beneficiary.

We advice all volunteers to stay connected with us for a few years as that is how a strong impact can be made in the life of another. All programs are made in progression so you can move on to another level with the same beneficiary or to another social impact area altogether.
All volunteers will be allotted a profile page where he/she can upload and store all the work related to the program. Reports of programs and reviews will also be maintained by. ReachONE
There is a small fee for maintaining your page. It will be alive till the subscription is valid. You can share all your work done with teachers, future employers or college admission departments.
After the successful completion of a program the volunteer will be given a certificate by the non-profit.

ReachONE guarantees the completion of programs. In the event of a volunteers dropping out mid way we will assign another volunteer to complete the program while the mentor remains the same.
All programs conducted by ReachONE for the Non-Profit are free of cost.
Every volunteer has to undergo an orientation process and during that we will be sensitising them on approaching all beneficiaries. We will also provide guidance on language ,demeanour code etc as well.
Programs are curated keeping the needs of the Non Profits but we advise each program be for a maximum of 30 sessions over 3 months. The programs can furthered by adding progressive multiple sessions.
The mentor will map volunteers skills & interests with the programs and allot a suitable match.
Our programs are built as gradual upskilling lessons and can go on for as long as the non-profit desires.
