Mentors are critical to our programmes’ success. Many first-time volunteers lack direction and planning tools, and NGOs frequently lack the resources to give this assistance. Mentors assist in filling this need.

Mentoring Model Of ReachONE

  • The one-to-one mentoring strategy is designed to help student volunteers attain their maximum potential and effectively deliver the programme.
  • Mentors advise volunteers on how to make an impact, as well as assisting them in understanding the requirements of the beneficiaries and sensitising them to the approach.
