                                                                          VOLUNTEERING PROCESS

Step 1: Register by expressing interests and availability.
Step 2: Mentors match volunteers with non-profits, aligning time slots.
Step 3: Pay registration fees covering coordination, mentorship, and platform use.
Step 4: Under mentor guidance, conduct the program online via Zoom. Step 5: Receive regular performance reports and milestone mapping.
Step 6: Earn certificates based on defined impact and accomplished work.

Fellowship Program 
30-Hour Online Program:  online volunteering initiative over 3 months, with 2 weekly sessions & ½ hour  planning.
Fully Mentored: Get continuous guidance and support from experienced personal mentors.
Skill Area Time Allocation: Align your interests, skills, & availability with a corresponding NGO for a customized engagement.
Targeting Impact: One Area, One NGO

Internship Program 90-Hour Online Program:
Progressive Impact with Three Consecutive Fellowships
for lasting & meaningful impact.
Diverse Impact Areas in a Single NGO: Contribute to various areas within one NGO supporting a common mission.
NGO Analysis and Fundraising Strategy: Wrap up with a thorough NGO study, focusing on improvement areas and fundraising strategies.

Leadership Program
Embark on a year-long hybrid program featuring four fellowships in the same impact areas across diverse NGOs. Publish a paper on ReachONE’s website, submit it to the relevant ministry, and conclude with an offline leadership program.

SOCIAL IMPACT AREAS

Assist an adult to become fiscally and digitally knowledgeable. IT upskilling, language proficiency and financial literacy are areas of focus.

Share your knowledge & skills: Academic(STEM subjects, English spoken & comprehension) & Arts(music, art, dance, theatre, storytelling) & Computer Skills.

Make a difference in the lives of Girl Child & Women. Literacy, Health & Hygiene, Financial Literacy, Basic Computer Skills & scale up their livelihoods.

Administrative assistance in social media, content writing, campaigns, research, data assimilation & analysis and lesson planning.

Parent receives consent mail if volunteer under 18. 
Volunteer applies for the choice of Impact Area & project.
Volunteer receives email to set up call with Mentor.
Mentor shares volunteering projects possible based on Volunteer’s interest.

Participation Payment link  sent to volunteer & parent (if minor) 
Volunteer & NG &  beneficiaries mappedVolunteer onboarded to the Project.
