Importance of Certificates
While volunteering is its own reward, certificates can help to motivate and inspire volunteers to continue giving their time and energy to help others.
They provide a tangible reminder of the difference that they are making in the world, and can help volunteers feel proud of their accomplishments.
Ultimately, rewarding volunteers with certificates is a small but significant way to show them how much they are appreciated.
